For Referring Dentists and Health Centers
One page. Print it and put it at the front desk.
We sit down together to make sure we are a fit, and we share our clinical criteria with the doctors and staff in your office so the right patients reach us.
We set up a referral portal for your office. Send a radiograph or your exam findings, the patient's name and date of birth, insurance, and a contact number for the family.
We confirm eligibility, obtain prior authorization where required, and text or call the family to schedule. Your staff does not chase it.
You receive an operative summary. The patient returns to you for recall, hygiene, and ongoing care.
A patient who needs operative treatment and cannot get through it awake, whether from age, behavior, medical complexity, or the amount of work required.
If you have looked in the mouth and you know what needs to happen, we can take it from there.
Some patients still need a hospital operating room, for example those who cannot self-transfer because of size or who have airway risk. The clinical criteria we share with your office spell this out.
We teach an ADA CERP course for dental teams on referring patients for treatment under general anesthesia, delivered at your office. It covers case selection, what to tell parents, and how the authorization actually works.
Four fields. A person from the center texts or calls you back, not a scheduling queue.
