An oral surgeon is a dental specialist who can take teeth out while you're put to sleep or sedated. Plenty of dentists accept Missouri Medicaid, but oral surgeons who do are hard to find. We're here so you don't have to keep searching.
Oral Surgery We Provide
Oral Surgery Under IV Sedation and General Anesthesia
When you qualify, you can be put to sleep or sedated for your surgery, with an anesthesia team watching you the whole time. We offer oral surgery under IV sedation and general anesthesia for patients across Kansas City and western Missouri.
Being put to sleep, called general anesthesia, means you're pain-free during surgery and won't see or remember it. Your comfort is managed after. Our anesthesia team checks your breathing, heart rate, and oxygen from start to finish and stays with you until you wake up. For many people, this is what finally makes dental surgery possible, especially if fear has kept them away from the dentist.
Most patients qualify when they need wisdom teeth out or four or more teeth removed.See Who Qualifies →
