Two Ways to Refer

Practice Partnerships

Dental offices and health centers

Apply, and we'll set up a quick phone call. An ISC representative then visits your office to present our clinical criteria and train your team, with CE credit available. If we're aligned, we set up your custom referral portal.

Who to Refer

Refer patients who need dental treatment and qualify to be put to sleep or sedated for it. The rules are different for patients 13 and up and for children:

If you're not sure a patient fits, reach out and we'll talk it through with you.

Who Refers to Us

Health centers across the Kansas City area already send patients to us.

When you refer a patient, our team takes it from there. You don’t have to chase it.
